My name is Amy Haney, and my deepest passion is to help others heal and transform<\/strong> through yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy work, and sacred ancestral medicines.

My own healing journey began in 2009, shortly after the birth of my third son, when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. At first, I felt betrayed by my body\u2014facing fear, exhaustion, and uncertainty. But instead of letting that diagnosis define me, I chose to create a new path.

I began with small lifestyle changes in diet and exercise, and soon expanded into meditation, yoga, breathwork, energy work, and plant medicines. Over time, I discovered that these practices gave me greater peace, resilience, and strength. I became more connected to my body and spirit, and most importantly, I reconnected with love\u2014for myself, for life, and for the people around me.

That transformation inspired me to share these tools with others. Since then, I have completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, earned Reiki Master and Karuna attunements, and became a certified Kambo practitioner. Today, I guide others in their own self-healing through
practices that calm the mind, balance the body, and awaken the spirit.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>


It is my greatest honor to share what I\u2019ve learned and to remind others:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
