Heyworth, IL over the past year or so. The property is beautiful, peaceful and truly healing. Amy is so welcoming and accepting of all who attend. She provides amazing instruction for people of all experience levels and skillsets. Last night I attended yoga and meditation in the woods and it was amazing. I didn't realize how much I needed the physical and spiritual attention I was able to give myself.
